Cancelling your membership/Refund Policy

Send an email to with the following subject line: Cancel Account # Followed by your name and membership number. We’ll respond as soon as possible to confirm the account cancellation via email. Please note that cancellations via email may take up to three days from receipt of your request to process. A refund of your membership fee will be returned to your payment card less any deductions stated in the Terms & Conditions. Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to appear on the card used to pay your membership. If you have any problems cancelling your subscription, please contact Customer Support at 0141 554 2563.
